As an immigrant and Indigenous person from El Salvador, I understand the challenges and opportunities that come with navigating different cultures and communities. My own journey began when I was 9 years old and moved to an impoverished community in rural California. But thanks to my hardworking mother’s belief in the power of education, I was able to benefit from a multitude of supports that helped me achieve success.

Now, as a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in philanthropy and 12 years of supporting organizational success, I am dedicated to helping others achieve their goals. My background in psychology, sociology, and nonprofit management, along with my Masters in Business Administration, gives me a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that exist in communities.

When I work with you, I bring my bilingual, bicultural, and rural background to the table. Together, we explore practical and effective methods of communicating with a range of stakeholders, building relationships, and identifying opportunities for dynamic partnerships. My experience in bridging research, evaluation, and practice, as well as my 10 years of leading program evaluation studies, allows me to provide a comprehensive and holistic approach to coaching and consulting.

Whether you’re looking to make a positive impact in your community, advance your career, or simply find more meaning and purpose in your life, I am here to help. With my guidance and support, you’ll be well on your way to achieving your goals and making a real difference in the world.
